Free Returns within the United States
SKYE Designs cares deeply about fit and quality, and we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not pleased with your order, we are happy to accept a return following the guidelines below:
Merchandise must be shipped within 7 days of the delivery date. Please allow 7 days for shipping transit.
To ensure that items are sufficiently protected in transit, we recommend you send them to us in the original packaging.
Items should be in their new, unused condition, with all garment tags attached and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, odors and pin marks.
Items not returned in original condition may be refused or subject to a $75 restocking fee.
Special Order and Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for return. Final Sale items may be exchanged for another size in the same style depending on availability.

Our customer care specialists will generate a return label for you. Returns should be shipped from a UPS drop box or UPS store.

US returns made with our prepaid UPS return label are free of charge. For all other returns, customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
All correctly returned products will be refunded to the original purchaser. After processed, refunds may take up to 3 business days to reflect on your bank statement depending on the method of payment used.
